I am not sure how this company has such good ratings. For one reason or another my father hired them to maintain his lawn chemicals. As you can see from the first picture, the lawn looked great. Somehow, some way, this company killed off his whole yard. They admitted to wrongdoing and vowed to reseed in the fall to make it right. After numerous attempts, my dad tried to get them to come out and reseed and make it right… nothing… today I have hired another landscaper to correct what they did wrong, and I’m extremely frustrated and feel because my father is older and nice, he was taken advantage of. Be careful if you choose this company… I’m astonished at how bad of service we received.

They’ve been great to work with so far. Very friendly and communicative. My lawn has been overrun with my neighbors weeds to the point I couldn’t keep them back myself anymore. The first treatment didn’t help so they’ve come back and retreated, no questions asked. Will follow up more with hopefully a positive review of the treatment as well down the road.

I recently had Mary come out to take care of my lawn, and I couldn't be happier with the results. She was incredibly detailed and took the time to understand what I wanted. Mary and the whole Triangle Lawn Service crew have been a pleasure to work with. From the start, everyone’s been friendly, responsive, and clear about what to expect. When the first treatment didn’t fully solve the problem, Mary went back out right away for a no-hassle retreatment, no extra charges, and no questions asked.

I really appreciate that level of follow-through and honesty. I’ll update this review after the retreatment has had time to do its thing, but based on the service so far, I feel confident the results will match the great customer experience.
