This is a B2B plant wholesaler with the best prices and selection you could ask for in the region. I hate the negative reviews and I feel very lucky that they sell to retail customers. I have bought over 100+ plants as a retail customer. Zero issues with any of the plants selected or the service. From a $300 Thunderhead Pine to the cheapest Penisetum Cassian the quality has been perfect. Most of the complaints are probably really related to bad planting jobs. There are far too many unqualified firms popping up in Charlotte. Also when they aren't busy they are willing to give much higher quality advice than you get from any box store and Pike's.

Do not go here and waste your money. I went there one day and spent about $1500 and one of the office workers had one of their workers grab me all the plants that were the worst out of the bunch. He specifically told them to do that which offended me so much. I'm not sure if it was because of the color of my skin, ethnicity, or name but I felt treated unfairly. They do not warranty their plants like other places. 6 months later, 20% of the plants are dead or dying. I advise not to go there.

Wont go anywhere else. Ive purchased 99% of my landscaping plants here. Havent had any issues with plants dying (on average, it takes 3 solid seasons to see plants thrive)... Friendly service, informed staff, helpful in every way. Great prices, wide variety of plants/trees. Worth the 30min drive. Thank u!

We really love this nursery, this is our go to store ! Usually we always find what we need. Every time we call we receive amazing customer service. We could call them 10 times and they would still give us an exceptional service ! I highly recommend. Feb 2, 2022 8am: Drove 22 miles with my landscaper (Villas Landscaping) only to be denied service as I am the end client helping my landscaper select the trees for my backyard. The man in the front desk in the office should not be in a customer facing business. We were specifically told that they are no longer accepting new clients, although my landscaper has purchased products there in the past and has already got an account.

Home owners - dont patrontize this business, your dollars deserve to go some where they appreciate your business, literally any other nursery.

Discrimination is rampant here, I now understand what the review from 2 years ago was referring to.
