EverGreen Lawns has been treating our lawn for over 10 years. The treatments have kept weeds to a minimum and our grass looking good. The service technicians answer questions and are knowledgeable about various types of weeds and what to do to get rid of them.

Terrible Service and Unprofessional Behavior

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by this scam business. Not only did they fail to take proper care of my lawn, but their behavior was completely unprofessional.

Firstly, they sprayed the wrong house, which caused significant delay of spring treatment of my yard. The tech acknowledged the mistake and initially promised to waive the fees. However, later on, he changed his story and claimed he didn’t remember agreeing to waive the fees, leaving me frustrated and without any resolution. The customer service did not care at all bascically accusing me of lying and all what she cared about was collecting the bill.

Furthermore, the quality of their work on my lawn was abysmal. Despite repeated requests, they failed to address basic lawn care needs, leaving my yard looking worse than before. Their lack of attention to detail and disregard for customer satisfaction is unacceptable.

I would strongly advise against using for any lawn care services. Their incompetence and poor customer service make them a company to avoid at all costs.

Having Evergreen lawns service our yard with pre emergent spray has made a world of difference. The weeds in our rock yard had become more than we could deal with. After the pretreatment in fall and winter we had almost no weeds the following summer. Very friendly and dependable. Give them a try!
