We were very disappointed with our experience with Elite Landscaping Service. The service was unprofessional, untimely and the job was not completed. We had them come survey our yard for an estimate for some landscaping work. We never received the estimate, so we followed up and it turns out they sent it to the wrong email address. No big deal. We accepted the estimate as it was exactly in our price range. We accepted it on Monday and was told they would be out the next week on Monday or Tuesday to start the work. The next Monday, we got a text that it would be Wednesday instead. On Wednesday, we got another text that the weather had them behind and it would be Thursday or Friday. They never made it at all that week. The next week, 2 weeks after accepting the job, they didn’t make it out to my house until that Wednesday, and they were late showing up. We were told not to worry, they would get the job done that day. They did not. In fact, they never finished the job at all. We had been quoted for the removal of leaves and tarps from a flower bed in my back yard. They did half of the flower bed, then decided that the tarps were heavier than they originally thought, and told us we would need to pay $250 extra for them to finish the job!! When they came back on Thursday, We tried to talk with them to have them understand that they agreed to do the entire job for a certain price, and we would like for them to honor that. They refused. Since they only did 3/4th of the job, we only paid 3/4th of the quoted price. However, this does not help me at all because now we have a half-finished landscaping job and will have to pay someone else to come to finish it! This is after waiting on them for 3 weeks to do the work overall. I was also quoted and told that they sprayed the flower beds for weeds before putting mulch down. There is no way they sprayed because weeds are already coming through a week later. The entire process was unprofessional, and we had no idea when to expect them as they always fell through on any promises. Furthermore, they refused to finish the job for the price they quoted me originally as they “felt like they had already done $xxx worth of work”. They also cut corners such just burying the water hose under mulch instead of moving it and leaving trash from the garden beds in the yard. Please save your time and money and look elsewhere for services! Pictures included of the unfinished job and weeds.

We've been an ESL customer for five years and would recommend their services. Chris has always been very responsive to any issues and feedback. As with most small businesses, he has struggled keeping good employees over the past couple years (may explain some of the old reviews). He's working very hard to stay independent and grow his business. Call and get a quote; they are very competitively priced.

Elite Southern Landscape our yards does an amazing job on monthly service as well as designing and implementing flower beds. We live in the Springville area and use Elite Southern Landscape to keep our yard immaculately groomed year round. During the spring our flower beds are updated with beautiful flowering plants that complement our permanent shrubs! In Summer, when the grass is really growing, the lawn is cut and perfectly manicured. The problem of leaves falling during the Fall is not a problem, all leaves are removed in a timely manner from the lawn. I would highly recommend this company for anyone that desires a beautifully maintained manicured lawn, by a highly professional and competent company. They deserve a five star rating!
