Do not use this firm! Stuart Anderson is a joke! I got scammed by a contractor then he placed fake criminal charges against me to deflect from the fact that he kept $27k+ of my money and never finished any of the 3 projects assigned.
Stu charged me almost $27k as a defense attorney and for the civil counter suit. The criminal charges were all obviously dropped but Stu claimed to work so hard to get them dropped. They were all fake charges that a female rookie cop fell for(she got fired btw). He mitigated terribly and told me to settle for 15k. This doesn't even cover my attorney fees let alone the $27+k that was stolen from me by the contractor!
With all that, I got charged past due charges even though it was admittantly their mistake when the bill one month before said I still had a credit. One month later I have 90 day past due charges.
Just another criminal in a suit!

Don't go here for mediation!!!
I went here for mediation and it was a complete waste of money! I spend most of my time waiting with my attorney (not affiliated with Anderson Law) for the mediator! (Shannon Allen) She spent most of her time with the other party drawing up a ridiculously one-sided proposal. Shannon was not neutral in any sense of the word! I felt like she was bullying my lawyer and I into an agreement that was completely in the other party's favor. This took four hours!! Four hours of my hard earned money down the drain for no apparent reason.
I would not recommend using this mediator or law firm, as the opposing lawyer was also very unprofessional and demonstrated hostile behavior toward my attorney when they met toward the end of the session. We ended up with no resolution and are leaving it to the courts.

Horribly slow at answering anything, makes plenty of document mistakes, rude, and will intentionally delay things on other side to be able to incur more cost on you. Highly not recommended. With this approach I'd be surprised to see this firm win anything in any case, and I dont think they care. They are there for your payment, not your case, I know this as fact because I was just on the other side from them. I watched them rack up and delay things for there client the whole case. Made tons of mistakes, and where rude everytime it was pointed out. Any lawyer even a newbie would better.

I reached out to this law firm for help in a suit dealing with medical mal-practice. A representative named “Debbie” contacted me back and said they would not be able to assist me and recommended I speak to Bachkas and Shanker. No contact information was given with the recommendation. I requested why they didn’t feel as they could help me. Very rudely I was told by Debbie “We pick and choose who we want to work with and I don’t feel I have to divulge any further information, goodbye.” I would like to know what reason they didn’t choose to move forward? I am within right to know that information. Other than that I am happy to take my pursuits else where.
