Bought a home here not too long ago and have been extremely satisfied with everything at this moment. Kevin and Madison have been great with any warranty work we have needed and we are enjoying our beautiful new home in this great family neighborhood.

Please do not buy from Richmond American. They are yet to fix the issues reported during closing walkthrough, it is 2.5 years now and they don't care for you. They just harass you and get your money. Any time I post a message in twitter, their warranty manager would call, ask me to send an email about the issues and promptly will never do anything and the cycle goes on and on. Please spend your hard earned money to buy your dream home some where else.

Richmond never responds back. 3 years and counting.

I was sold a house that was far from finished. Missing cabinet hardware, incomplete painting, poor quality workmanship and unfinished interior/exterior work. Construction and warranty team not responsive to quickly getting the repairs done or the work completed. Poor communication throughout the building process, and lack of attention to detail.

We love all of the in-neighborhood trails and paths for hiking! Amazing mountain views! Close to lots of stores but not too close! Great to have brewery and coffee shop!
