They won’t take responsibility for breaking 3 sprinkler heads that were working perfectly fine the day before they were here. My irrigation system was completely repaired on a Monday 5/9, at a cost of $880, and was being used twice a day. When I would manually turn the system on in the afternoon I would check to be sure all the heads were working, which they were on 5/11. American Grounds was in my community on Friday 5/12 and later in the afternoon when I turned on my sprinkler system there were 3 heads that were broken. They are refusing to repair them and denying responsibility for them. If I could I would no longer use them, however since they are under contract with my HOA I have no control over that.
