River City Lawn Care & Landscape -

Martha M.

2 guys from this company came into my property and started cutting grass. I did not order their services. By the time I run out of the house to ask them why they are on my property they cut down my plants and damaged a tree (my grass was already cut, so they cut the plants instead). I called the company and the owner said they were supposed to be at a different address. He also said he would send me new plants after I provide him pics of the damaged ones. I sent pics but never received a replacement, even after reminder...

Ever since this company was sold to the new owner it’s been horrible. Some of the worst landscaping i have seen. New owner knows very little about landscaping.

A truck from this company just sped through our street, trailer attached, and didn’t stop at the stop sign. If you’re advertising your company, driving irresponsibly through a neighborhood with children and pets is not in your best interest.

Lawn service does a very poor job at landscaping. Customer service is very bad.
