Roland and A-1 are first class. He is very courteous and does a wonderful job. I’ve never been happier with my yard. Communication is great and he is always there when he says he will be. It’s one less thing I have to worry about, because I know he is taking care of me.

I had overgrown property that looked “unsightly” to put it mildly. Large areas of heavily populated weeds, woody saplings, thick grasses and tall hedges made it look like a jungle. I was sure clearing it would require more than a basic lawn mower. It would be a daunting task.

I called A-1 Lawn and Yard Care and spoke with Cindy. She laughed at my description and assured me Roland would take a look and come up with a solution to clear it (other than dropping a bomb). He went to work and, lo and behold, he turned it into a beautiful yard worthy of being a “before and after” ad! Roland now oversees the property every two weeks so it stays “slightly” and I am every so grateful to him and Cindy.
