Ordered sand from these guys two years ago and they were great. Delivery guy was nice. All went well. I like supporting local mom and pops. Recently called for more sand and the lady who answered was pretty rude. I read another review about a rude lady answering and the owner replied to the reviewer, brushing it off as the customer must have been rude first. Well, that's not a good response to a complaint. I was very polite when I called. Even when she was being rude I didn't say anything about it to her. Just said thank you and hung up. If you want to keep customers coming back, treat them like you want their business. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

They got me my gravel right where I wanted it, very quickly, and at a great price. I highly recommend them.

I give them a 3 and not a five. Barbara needs to learn how to be nicer to her customers that are paying for services, make sure you know they charge $10 debit card fee, per every $500 spent. So we purchased $900 worth of supplies and it was a $20 dollar fee. Which Barbara tried to argue with me when I called her to make sure she let's all her customers know there is that charge when using a card.

So bring cash or a check. $20 bucks is ridiculous

She was rude and didn't care that she DID NOT TELL ME THERE WAS A CHARGE. .

Like lady I would remember you telling me that. I like to save money not throw it away.🤣

We were in the market for some decorator stone for our yard. Did a search on google and noticed golden Valley gravel was close so we drove down to check them out . I am glad that I did they were very helpful and answered all my questions also the very next day they were out and give me a written estimate. The estimate was good so we set up delivery and install .very prompt on time and did an excellent quality job . This is a family run business that with my experience with them I highly recommend!!

The lady answering the phone was really rude and just hung up on me. I was asking how far out you were booking. I understand your all booked up but you dont have to be rude and just say " were all booked up" then just hang up. I started by saying goodmorning at least you can do is say goodbye!

This place is great!! The company keeps it's word on delivery. The driver is very kind and put the gravel down where we wanted. We ordered two loads. Excellent company. Will refer them to anyone. Thanks for a great job

Very Happy with the Service the Lady who answers the phone was very friendly and helpful and Mike the delivery driver was great he communicated when he was on his way and put the Load right where I wanted it I will be a return customer for sure
