I ordered flowers for my grandmother for Christmas and the initial order was much smaller than what was ordered and lacked the pinecones, candy canes and berries indicated in the advertisement. I called and spoke with staff about the issues along with how the ribbon looked like it was for an arrangement for July 4th. Management was responsive and said that they would send out a second bouquet and understood my concerns and that the initial delivery did not reflect what was ordered. The second arrangement that was delivered was a larger version of the first without the large red ornament. I appreciate the responsiveness and that they were able to send a second arrangement before Christmas but would have liked the arrangement to reflect the image in the photo. The replacement also lacked the pinecones, berries and candy canes that were in the display arrangement. It also had the same ribbon that I complained about on the first arrangement. I understand flower substitutions but the bouquets that were sent lacked anything that would indicate it was a Christmas flower arrangement. 2 stars for responsiveness but even after speaking with management concerns were not addressed by including components that were lacking (pinecones, berries, and still using the large tacky ribbon in lieu of the candy canes). I feel like they tried to make it right but did not have the product on hand to properly execute the advertised arrangement.

I can't say enough wonderful things about this place!! I was in a bind after someone had purchased flowers through another vendor and at the last minute did not supply the flowers as purchased and ordered. I called and spoke with Emily last Saturday and explained what I was looking for and needed. Could it be possible for her to do this in such short notice. Emily was calm and reassured me they could help and to come in on Sunday. I showed up and Emily helped me pick out so many beautiful flowers for my friends Celebration of Life. They were absolutely gorgeous!! So many people complimented the beautiful arrangement of flowers. Thank you Emily for your kindness and help. You truly took a horrible situation and made it spectacular!! I highly recommend Zahn's flowers. This definitely will be my go to place for flowers from now on! ❤️🌼🌹🌸🌺💐❤️🙏

Beautiful! I ordered same-day Mother’s Day flowers from Ohio when I couldn’t find anyone else to deliver. My Mom was so happy with them, she said they made her cry. They were very pricey, but I waited until the last minute, so I can’t really fault them for that. I now have a go-to for every Mother’s Day!

I have used Zahn's several times for delivery of flowers to my mother for her birthday, mother's day or just because. She has always LOVED every arrangement! Ordering is easy online, pricing is comparable and delivery is always on-time!! Great place to do business with!!!
