Let me start out by saying Richard and Jose are top notch and have outstanding customer service. Jose sprayed my lawn for the first time today and when he was finished he rang my doorbell to introduce himself and ask me if I had any concerns (OMG who does that these day!) He was so professional. You could tell that he really takes pride in serving his customers the right way. I can’t believe I am blessed with such a caring technician.
Richard the lawn manager was awesome too. Very professional and caring. When I signed up for service with him he assured me that the problems I was having with my lawn will be taken care of because they really have good technicians. Well he was right. I am so happy I went with Oasis Outdoor Care. Their name literally speaks for itself. They really do care! Mike Is the best! He’s so friendly and knows so much about lawn care. I went on vacation in May and my sprinkler system somehow was shut off during my week trip. I came home to a dead lawn. I immediately told Mike and he came over to look at it and quickly put a plan together to help me revive my lawn. 6 weeks later and it’s at 85%! Thank you Mike for always making yourself available to help me through all of my lawn care issues. I greatly appreciate your dedication and passion to what you do. I highly recommend Your Oasis for lawn care and pest control. I’m a local supporting a local business, which I take a lot of pride in doing. Keep up the great work!

The liquid product they used stained my brand new pavers.I notified them right away when it happened, provided a video of their technician applying the product. I was told there is no possible way that there product stains. Well it did. Later Richard tells me he can’t control the ratio in which the technician mixes the solution.
Awful customer service.
Thank you for causing damage to my property and then calling me a liar, Your Oasis. Way to go. Where’s the zero star option.

Do not use this company. They don't know what they are doing. We had trees and plants that died under their care and our grass looks horrible. I kept asking the tech to make improvements but only empty promises. The last straw was when they showed up the day a hurricane was supposed to dump a ton of rain expecting to do lawn fertilizer which would just wash away. They even charged me for this treatment after I told the tech not to do the treatment. The lady on the phone after I called was rude and no help at all. Don't bother with them.

I would like to say that this company is outstanding when it comes to customer service and services. Olivia is my representative for Oasis. The moment she and I met she was professional and extremely knowledgeable. I was with a previous company and was extremely dissatisfied how my lawn was looking (it was dying). Let’s just say I couldn’t get anywhere with them. Olivia immediately checked my lawn and sprinkler system. She informed me that I was not adequately watering and I had a couple of broken spigots. She was honest and forthcoming. When I spotted a roach; I immediately called her and she had a guy stop by my house the next day. Their technicians every time are courteous and friendly. They even put my garbage can back when it was pick up day. I love this company and you can’t beat the prices with this level of customer service. Thank you so much.

I'm very pleased in Oasis lawn care!!!!! I thought my lawn was gone but decided to get a second opinion and thank God I did. My palm tree is wayyyyy greener (it was sooo yellow) my sage bush is growing amazing an my grass is coming back. This is only my second month/treatment but I would definitely recommend. If i see a difference in just the 2 months im excited for the full results. The owner is very nice and has been so helpful. Didnt make me feel like i was just SOME client and took my lawn need seriously. Thank you for my great services. ( Needed fertilizing & weed control)
