DO NOT GO HERE! My husband and I dropped off our push mower here in mid MARCH, because we had cracked one of the wheels on it. All we asked for was for them to replace the wheel. They told us no problem, it would be about a two weeks to get it done. Well, two weeks went by, three weeks, a month. We never heard back, we called them and they said sorry it’s been crazy they haven’t gotten it fixed yet. Okay, we waited another month. Still nothing. We called again, they said sorry, they lost our number, but our mower was second in line. Okay. Well another month goes by, we had to call them again. They said now our transmission doesn’t work. What do you mean it doesn’t work?! All that was wrong was the wheel needed to be replaced. We told them we just wanted our mower back and they said it would be done by Thursday JUNE 13, 2024. We went in on the following Monday to pick it up and what do you know? It’s not ready. Seriously the worst experience, worst customer service, and not a care in the world for us or our property. Because it took 4 months to get our mower back (for a cracked wheel!) we had to buy a new mower and now the mower we brought to them is in worse condition than when we dropped it off. They did not call us a single time to update us, we had to call them.

This business is the real deal. They repair lawnmowers and weed eaters. They are a small shop so you will have to leave your machine their for several days. They will call you when it is done. They have worked on my dad's change saws for years and my lawnmower also.. they are good honest people.

Took them 3 months to fix a wheel on my push mower. Then when I did finally get it back they told me I needed a new transmission for it and it won’t self propel now. Something ain’t right with these people. Go somewhere else with your business.

Brought my lawn mower in like on a Thursday, told him the problem...got a call the next day that it was completed. Great turnaround time and the price was very reasonable. Great People and GREAT SERVICE....

Do not trust this place. I've been a wood cutter since 1979.Charged me around $250 dollars on my 044 and 021 Sthl saws for simple service and replace a bar new chains. Saws never ran right after, went back was treated rudely about it. Had trouble all last winter with both saws. Now neither will run at all. Baught them brand new. Do not think they are same saws I baught.
