Incredible. Today was our first day ever coming here… my savings account is happy today is the first day but my yard and my heart is happy we found it. We came away with a beautiful maple and another beautiful tree. The customer service is incredible.

I absolutely love this place. The people are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I had an issue with one product dying. They made a fair replacement. Love this place! Nice selection and GREAT service. Jacob went way out of his way to take care of the needs of my aging parents. He was very accommodating and extremely helpful! I will always come here first for my landscaping needs! You just don't find service like this much these days! Thanks guys!!!

Personally, I would not pay too much attention to the 1 star reviews. They do not seem to be from actual customers, but instead seem to have been posted with malicious intent to sabotage a business. My wife and I bought three weeping cherry trees from Winchester Gardens and had a great experience all around. Both guys were super helpful to us as we explained our landscaping plan. They gave us a lot of great information without pressuring us to buy anything. The three trees were delivered to our house the same day, and he even gave us some root starter (more than what we needed for the 3 trees). We have planted the trees and they are doing great! We will return to Winchester Gardens for more trees and bushes. Thanks guys for the help!

I had a Living Social deal, and I had no problems using it at all. The staff there was very helpful and eager to assist me with my selection and they seemed to be pretty knowledgeable about the plants they offered. For the size of the nursery, they had a decent selection of plants, mostly shrubs, trees and perennials.

Bought a fir, maple, and Blackbeard bushes here and they are doing great! When i showed up at Winchester i was immediately helped. They had a great selection of all plants and trees. The owner even gave me a discount on the fir. They also set me up with clay buster soil to help my plants start off right. I will always go to Winchester 1st.

Well, I went here to try and use my LivingSocial deal. After browsing for about 15 minutes, my 2 year old daughter told me she had to go potty (we are a few months in on potty training). So I asked them where the restroom was, and they stated that they were sorry but restrooms were under no circumstances open to the public. Although she said they did have one! So I'm standing there as my toddler is starting to hold herself next to me - we ended up going behind some plants and peeing on the gravel. Hey, when a toddler's got to go, right? Talk about some amazing customer service. I didn't end up buying anything when I was there - not sure if I will go back. My notes were that they had a poor selection and prices were REALLY high. You're better off going next door to Westside Nursery. Their starts are varied and are of much better quality. Lots more flower varieties too.

I use to live in Murray and they were my go to nursery. .I moved to another city, purchased large trees... The four fur trees died on me and another tree never grew. Upon digging it up, they had left the burlap cloth around th root ball. I haven’t returned in years . I. Do not trust them. Greatly disappointed.
