Let me give you some background, I’m a renter who has a landlord who failed to remove yard debris and multiple lumber piles from around the house prior to us moving in and pushed it off for months until finally refusing to pay for it in general. I contacted 3 lawn care companies in NWA and 2 of them I contacted prior to Willow St Lawn. They finally sent me back a quote yesterday and never sent a worker to even look at what work needed to be done. Franklin over at Willow came out and looked at my house SAME DAY I called and inquired about a quote despite a busy schedule. He came after 5pm when everyone should be headed home. Willow Street told me they would have someone out next week but was able to put me on their schedule earlier. If you know Farmington then you know code enforcement isn’t the most lenient when it comes to yards so this was extremely important to me. When deciding who to go with, I received several quotes and ultimately it came down to who do I trust, who answered promptly and who did I want to take care of me…..it says a lot when I’m willing to pay a little more for better service. They were extremely professional with quoting me, talking to me all the way up until doing the work, and 30 minutes prior to our appointment. Quinn and Brittany were the workers who did my lawn and I couldn’t be any happier, they even took care of the leaves in front of my door, something I hadn’t expected them to clear. Will be recommending them to my friends, family and customers! Thank you for everything

Willow Lawn does a great job on my difficult lawn (hilly). They text before they arrive, which is a plus. Willow has been a godsend to me, because other companies would not mow my yard!

Absolutely Blown away. First off, Franklin who came out to give the quote is amazing. He feels like a partner in the process and has the best service mentality I have ever seen. Then the team that came out to do the work: So professional, fast and effective. Can't recommend high enough.

Do not hire them butchered my lawn. they were told not to mow my lawn which they didn't they then want to charge me for the first mow I paid for and another mowing I didn't want done.
