I am KETO and wanted to try some KETO desserts from Wholesome Keto treats because their food looked tasty. I decided to place an order. I ordered glazed donuts, red velvet donuts, and Boston cream cake slices. My first issue was the processing time of the order which took a couple of days longer than what is specified on their website. I received no notification of the delay. When I courteously reached out WKT my order status showed shipped almost immediately. I did not receive any apology from the business or a courtesy explanation as to why it had been delayed. I didn't make a fuss out of it. And waited for the order.
My order arrived a few days later, anticipating a delicious treat my family and I eagerly opened the package only to find a disaster in product display AND taste. The packaging was ruined, the lids of the containers containing the food looked dirty, smashed, and grimy. Could this have been delivery issues? Could this have been retaliation? I'll never know.
You may be wondering if it was due to the postal delivery service, it wasn't, the box had NO dents in it.
The most important part, the taste of the product. One word HORRIBLE!!!
The glazed donuts were wet! Mushy, and gave off a weird odor. I took a chance and pinched off a corner and it fell apart and tasted like a soggy sock. The red velvet donuts didn't fare much better with a old taste, the "icing" on the donuts was hard, the taste again awful. I did not get a picture of these donuts because my kids couldn't wait to throw them in the garbage! Lastly, the Boston cream looked old, and according to my kids tasted like a wet sock with no flavor.
When I looked at the return policy it was clear that they weren't going to refund me, or even try and compensate me for the product that I paid quite a bit for. Therefore I did not reach out to them based off of their policies. Why am I leaving a review? I don't know what their product tastes and looks like in person but if you are not in the business area (state) I WOULD NOT PURCHASE online! It is absolutely awful and the experience was just as bad.

Google needs to add a response tab to businesses that comment. My RESPONSE: If you read carefully I already indicated I attempted to reach out to you when asking about the delivery date because it was a late (according to the information on your website), I got NO RESPONSE FROM YOU. Therefore why would I contact you again when your website clearly states THE POLICIES AND ACTIONS NEEDED TO RECEIVE A REFUND. ACCORDING TO YOUR WEBSITE MY SITUATION DID NOT QUALIFY. I didn't expect you to please "everyone's" taste buds, not even mine that is why I tried your business. It was awful. I don't need to use a name on my google account that fits my receipt. If your website, which had clear instructions on what was permissible for a refund, had given me an opening I would have contacted you and NOT GIVEN AN HONEST REVIEW about my experience.
I do not need a refresher about shipping, I am aware of your policies which is why I CONTACTED you on the first attempt about shipping, it was late, NOT due to shipping delays that is understandable and lastly, I live within your 1-3 day shipping window. No holiday traffic here.
I am sorry I didn't like them either but that is a gamble one takes when trying out businesses. I get it. If your policies had been different, I agree I could have enjoyed some southern hospitality and gotten compensated but that's not what your policies state so I lost on this gamble and I gave a review to caution others who may want to try your business. Frankly, as a business owner it doesn't matter how long you've been "around" all it takes is ONE customer who didn't receive professional treatment to sink a business if not handled properly. Your website, your defensive and incorrect explanation made it worse. It seems you don't even know what your policies are and you gave excuses instead of truly trying to get my contact information to make it right.

This is a keto person's dream. There are so many amazing treats. The cinnamon rolls with cream cheese frosting are our favorite. So many choices. The yoyo cookies, Boston cream pie, so many breads, brownies. It's hard to believe it's keto! We ordered hot lunch to go. Both chaffles, really good and filling. The employees are always very friendly and make great suggestions. They also deliver locally!

Sadly there products taste horrific. I got the doughnuts, peanit butter cheesecake and Boston Cream Pie. They were soggy and flavorless. I tried this company twice. Problems both times. It also took a week to ship out. Just to end up in the trash.

I love this place! Especially the brownie bites and yo-yo cookies- those are my go-tos. Took my 7 year old yesterday to pick out some treats too. A fun place for him to get some “healthy” treats and lower his sugar consumption. Not easy, so happy we have this local business to help.

Drove 45 minutes out of Orlando to visit this wonderful hidden gem 💎. This is ‘THE PERFECT PLACE’ to satisfy your cravings with yummy keto treats, just amazingly delicious, beyond words. Prices are good, baked goods are ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️, and they sell some other cool keto products. I highly recommend their bundts and bearclaw, but the numerous other things I’ve tried are also absolutely delicious. There aren’t many keto bakeries around so check them out, and trust me, you’ll get hooked!

I am amazed!!! This is definitely a hidden gem. Gluten free heaven, seriously! They have everything you can think of, I had the BEST breakfast sandwich with a refresher. I even bought their Italian bread sticks home because the samples were so good!!! Can’t wait to come back.

This store does an amazing job of shipping delicious ketogenic blueberry bagels and other healthy treats to my residence in Farmville VA. Some day I look forward to going to visit their St. Cloud Florida store in person. By eating a diet higher in protein and healthy fats and lower in carbohydrates, I shed approximately 45 pounds over six months and have more energy and zest for life! Omg, this place it’s fantastic! They had options for Keto treats, coffee, and hot food, like a lettuce wrap Burger. You can buy some ingredients and syrups to create your treats at home.
