I really like wawa, but this location the service is terrible! I ordered a chicken biscuit sandwich and look at that, I waited for 15 min to get the “sandwich” cold and smashed in pieces. How you even supposed to eat a sandwich like that? It made 10x harder to eat and I had to use a fork… Very disappointed

Caucasian older lady in the deli needs customer service training, simply asked for an order update, and snapped back at me telling me she was busy and more unnecessary yap. Another young lady asked for my order, and it so happens that it was behind the counter, ready, unreachable by me. If she would have done her job right instead of directing attitude towards a customer she would have found my order and this location would have avoided a bad review.

I am very disappointed with my recent experience. I encountered an employee who displayed an incredibly bad attitude and completely ignored me, as if I wasn’t even there. This behavior is unacceptable and far from the level of service I’ve come to expect from this establishment.

I’ve never experienced such disregard from representatives here before, and it was truly disheartening. I hope management takes note of this feedback and addresses the issue to ensure better customer service in the future

My goodness, I was breakfast hungry. So I ordered a scramble egg bowl and I figured. Aaaaah bowl won't be big enough. So I got a breakfast burrito. Big mistake, the bowl was big.....and packed. I love how it let's you customize.
All and all.....delicious 😋

Watch out. They will lie and say someone stole your food when they didn't even make it and swiped it out. I was literally standing there watching one worker trying to fill all the orders, while the others were tied up with the suits. Like don't lie and make up excuses and no I don't want a donut or a soda. Just give me what I already paid for.

Came to this location today (visiting the area) and felt as if I were being discriminated against. I was denied service due to the manager telling me that Wawa has never accepted medical marijuana IDs as State IDs I explained to her that I have had my card since 2021 and have always used it at Wawa locations with no problem she "calls" her manager and explains to me that they said the same thing... Then proceeded to tell me she was been there 5 years and Wawa has never accepted these IDs ... After calling cooperate I have learned that they do accept these as State IDs and was givin points to my account and told upper management will be reaching out to me and the store... Still trying to figure out if she doesn't approve of marijuana or was it because I am a brown man? Either way definitely feel discriminated against and will never come to this location again!!

Workers are really friendly, food is really good and fresh, if I ever am in this area and have to go to the bathroom I will run in here nowhere else, it is so clean you could probably eat off the floor, i absolutely recommend this location to everyone.
