I had purchased from this company years before but lost their contact info and could not remember their name. While in the process of filling out the application for this "new" supplier I realized from the location that it was the same company.

I called Vanessa back and she remembered me quickly. She had my company info on hand and updated in minutes saving me the time and hassle of resubmitting the info.

I have spent very little with Waterscapes in the past but Vanessa treated me like the most important customer they had. My experience with Vanessa was excellent and I was treated with great respect both in the past and now.

Vanessa was incredibly rude! Best to cover the phone when you are making fun and laughing at someone. Andre’ has no business running a store of any kind. For those of you in the aquarium trade, steer clear of most of these plants as they are farmed immersed and do not transition well at all. I’d give less than zero if I could. I’ve never been treated this rudely by a receptionist. Ever.

I've dealt with Waterscapes for a number of years. Couldn't disagree more with the previous review. They are prompt to deal with any enquiries, customer service is top notch. All nurseries grow plants emmersed some do certain plants better than others. Waterscapes is no exception. Its the job of the retailer to figure this out. There are certain plants that Waterscapes does the best, others that Asia or Tropica does the best.
