Edit: Nathan called me promptly to explain the person I typically speak with for scheduling and payment doesn’t work during the cold months. This is why my call was not returned. He also assured my payment was successful and the extra bill was sent in error. He was very professional when speaking to me and I have all intentions to use them again.

I have used Wallace sprinkler three times now. I have had great service each time. However, this last time, I received a bill in the mail that included a late fee. I paid my bill with a credit card the day of service and have the bank statement to prove this. I have called Wallace sprinkler twice (and left a message asking for a return call) to see what the deal is and have received no response. I would appreciate a follow up as to why i was sent a bill for the paid service. I hope the guy I paid was legit.

Had quick availability. Called around to other places and they had nothing for a month. Wallace was able to schedule an appt just a few days out. They were quick and efficient in the work that needed to be done and got everything up and running perfectly

I called this company because of all the good reviews, to get a quote to repair a sprinkler line that is leaking. We know pretty much where it is at. I have never received a call back. If your too busy or do not want the business all you have to do is return my call and say so instead of me waiting for you to call and not calling anyone else because of your good reviews. I guess I will call someone else.
