Nick is the owner and operator, and the effort he puts in really shows. He has assembled a great crew and all of them work hard together to deliver a great end product.

We worked with Nick in the design, he incorporated what we wanted while planning a easy to maintain set of beds with native plants. He and his crew did the demo and install in a matter of days, no small feat given the weather and size of the project.

We couldnt be happier with how it’s transformed our yard. I wish I had good before pictures to share.

I should mention they also did the retaining wall and expanded our gravel driveway, in addition to adjusting the irrigation.

My husband and I took on this backyard project at the start of the year to remove an above ground pool that was surrounded by a very large deck. Once we removed the pool and deck we were left with a very large blank space in our yard that we dreamed of using as an outdoor living space for our growing family. Wacca Pilatka has done a phenomenal job on my new property. My yard and wetlands were covered in invasive plants (pothos, arrowhead, air potato, and bridal veil). Nicholas did a walk thru and recommend some ideas. His team spent hours pulling the invasives and replanting FL friendly species. They are continuing to help me eradicate the invasives over the next year. The company responses quickly to any questions I have had as a new FL home owner. I hired Wacca Pilatka to transform my old, outdated front yard into a Florida native landscape that attracts birds, pollinators, and gives my home a fresh new look. I live in an HOA community so I asked Nick to design something that adheres to that kind of look, but progressive in Florida friendly landscaping principles. I had a number of Florida native plants I wanted to incorporate and Nick listened to my suggestions and worked with me on the design until I was happy. His team did a wonderful job removing all the old, dying shrubs and installing new plants. Everyone works so hard and is very friendly! I love my new front yard and so do the critters - I had a spicebush swallowtail literally minutes after some native lantana was planted, and a zebra longwing too! The team of Wacca Pilatka helped us transform our Jacksonville FL front yard that was a cinch bug and fungus ridden patch of lawn surrounded by overgrown shrubs, into a Florida Friendly native plant garden attractive to pollinators.

They completed removal of previous vegetation, installed new plants, created a flagstone seating area, and repaired our irrigation, in two days.

The entire experience was exceptional. The crew is personable, arrived as scheduled, worked well together, and cleaned up, leaving us without a scrap of debris afterwards.
