It was a great experience working with Vitoli Landscape Design. They transformed our backyard . Not only was the project completed on time , the quality of work is outstanding. The crew were very skilled in their work, and always respectful to us and our property.

My husband and I had a great experience working with Rob and his team at Vitoli. They tore out our entire front ,side, and backyard and replanted all of it. Besides having to work around all the weather issues, everything was completed on time. Any issues that came up were handled quickly and professionally. We have gotten rave reviews from all of our neighbors who get to enjoy the beautiful new scenery as they walk their dogs and go to the mailbox. Rob is so knowledgeable and creative. Loved working with him. You won’t be disappointed!!! I guarantee it!

Recently had Vitoli Builders do a landscaping job for my front, side & backyard which involved removal of all front yard grass, plants & an Ash tree which had got into my irrigation pipes. Should have foreseen some issues when the consultation took about a week for the representative - Jordi Donet to respond with my estimate after I followed up then he got back to me. I thought for the project which cost me over 10Grand that I would have gotten great service from all the reviews I’ve read.

Unfortunately there were some issues as all the things we’ve outlined and discussed with the representative were a bit eskewed as I had to design the plans myself & the workers were not able to understand it to which things got lost in translation. I felt I was put on the back burner due to another job they were handling somewhere else as I overheard the workers discussing.

The work was completed in a speedy, timely manner however finishing fast doesn’t mean the quality has to suffer. It looks ok for now however I’m not sure how it would hold up in the long run. I have fully paid the work cause it seemed finished visually so only time will tell how the xeriscape will hold and the plants that were placed.

I was followed up after I informed the person calling me for the payment regarding some issues I had about the work & I had hoped that a project manager would come to inspect the work but it was the same representative who started out with the consultation so I proceeded to point out the issues I had for proper remedies to be done.

My advise if you are to hire Vitoli Builders to have a clear and conscise plan and have the representative list down all points that you talk about and have it written in the contract so you’ll know what to expect, my mistake was I trusted that he would deliver all my expectations which I feel fell flat cause I now have to finish the work I thought I had paid for. Maybe they will remedy the work once this review is published?

UPDATE:

Rob has reached out to us after a few days. They corrected and added plantings to our satisfaction. He was a big help. Most of the issues were resolved after some time. I thank you for your attention in this matter.
