Great store! The best part is the garden center, and the personal, friendly and knowledgeable help from Maricela! She is patient and kind, and answered all my questions! We will definitely shop here again!

I live in Lehigh Acres but during the recent cold snap we had I was looking for one of the oil filled space heaters. Apparently there was a huge buying spree on space heaters in general and Walmart and everyone else was completely out of stock. I checked Ace online and remembered the LaBelle store which I had been to several times previously. I called them and the young man that answered said he was looking at 3 of the heaters. I tried using the online buying but the system was not showing the stock there. The young man told me they would hold one for me. I said I would be there within the hour. When I arrived, the young lady at the door directed me to the checkout and the heater was there waiting for me with my name on it. This Ace Hardware goes above and beyond in customer service. They were completely on the ball! I would go out of my way to patronize them in the future!

My wife and I were gathering up materials to send to a disaster relief fund over the last week and Ace Hardware in Labelle Florida has been a tremendous help. They didn’t know what we were doing, but we were buying stuff and getting a lot of stuff together. We ordered some stuff and my stuff was taking longer than usual. We were getting a little impatient, but they were a big help everyone there from Roger to Roy to Terry and Heather on down the line there all the guys on the floor the ladies on the floor were just a big help and we just won’t let anybody know that this local store is always here to help you. They’ve always been helpful to us and they were a big help during this Time.

If you are looking for great service and amazing plants, go see Maricela in the Garden Department. I have been replanting my property and she has made it a breeze. She is so knowledgeable about the plants and truly loves her job. This is definitely my favorite place to spend the morning walking through their garden area! 🌻

I had some Stihl equipment worked on, as well as serviced by Keith, an employee at Ace Hardware. He was able to get everything up and running as if it was all brand new! Not only that, but it was done in a timely fashion as well! I’m very pleased with the amount of knowledge and experience Keith has! I come here for hardware items before I go to Walmart. You'll find great employees both here and at their sister store in Crestview. I want to point out Sabrina, a young employee with great knowledge in lumber! She helped me develop a plan to fix & upgrade a wooden bed frame built into my RV. She consulted with another employee to make sure I got the best advice. Kudos to Sabrina & everyone else at this hardware store!
