Had hired Verdego in 2018 for a total landscape project. Project came out beautifully. I then hired them to do perform complete regular maintenance. Cut, edge, trimming all plants, maintain landscape lighting and maintain sprinkler system including weekly wetness checks and monthly sprinkler system checks. Every thing was listed in our contract and was being paid for. I notice my lawn and plants started to look like they were dying so I immediately notified my representative. To make a long story short, they did not come out to the house right away and my entire lawn suffered unrepairable damage. Out of desperation the service tech set the sprinklers to run every day for hours which only watered the weeds that remained making it worse instead of better. After a long dispute they finally agreed to replace my lawn, unfortunately when they came out to replace it they didn't replace the entire lawn, they did it in bizarre patches. It looked horrible! They killed the entire lawn bit not honoring their contract to check for wetness weekly and irrigation monthly. They neglected it for months then refused to completely repair what they had done. Now to replace the remaining sod and additional damage cause by them I will have to pay thousands of dollars and they just walked away ignoring all my calls.

Here is what you get for $14,000 from these shysters and thieves.

Look at the pictures of the dead plants that they have refused to acknowledge or replace after a couple of hundred attempts to contact them. The BBB should do something!

Still NOTHING done on the signed Warranty Order that they gace to me on October 22, 2021...

On October 29, 2021 I was given by Verdego a signed listing of dead plants and trees, sod and incorrectly installed landscape with the assurance that our installation defects would be corrected "within a couple of weeks." They set up our irrigation system with nine cycles each week leading to two consecutive months of over $400 water bills. They "planted" a row of expensive Podocarpus shrubs by throwing them on the sand and not bothering to dig holes to put them in. Several more have died. It is now January 4, 2022 and the busineess refuses to respond to numerous email and phone calls. Their representatives lie right to your face. When they have responded I was told that "they are slammed by new installations and have no time for warranty work." . I feel totally violated and ripped off of the $14,000.00 that I paid these thieves.

I wish I had never set foot in this business. Whatever warranty is offered by this place is useless - I've attached photos of plants I bought here just 30 days ago and it is a major undertaking that involves several days and people to collaborate in order to give me an even exchange. I only hope that this post will deter anybody from doing business here - do yourself a favor and go to Lowe's where you'll be treated with respect.
