Always been happy visiting to nursery in town. Consistent, friendly staff a pleasure to talk to and get advice or share landscape ideas with. The selection is very good, quality of plants are good and pricing fair. I find myself coming here at least once a week from the spring through fall, sometimes just to look around and see what's new.

My recent experience at Van Wilgen's in Milford was quite positive. I really appreciated Natalie ("the woman with the tattoos") taking the time to help me decide which flowers to buy and then offer her opinion on how to arrange them in my garden. I hope Van Wilgen's pays her what she's worth.

The Quality of the plants and flower are excellent. Always are very healthy. Also the Service can't be beat. The staff there are very nice, helpful and always willing to assist you. Never make you feel you in there way. Like old fashion customer service. You don't find that in too many places anymore. I always feel welcome and that's why I always go there several , several times through the year.

My wife and I do not have green thumbs but we were hoping van wilgen's experts would helps us and they sure did. Megan assisted us(milford store).She was personable,friendly and most of all knowledgeable and informative.We purchases a beautiful perineal flowering plant,and fertilizer, etc. We would definitely be back.

Love shopping here in Milford. Was just looking for stuff. Weather is shifty. Will go back in 2 weeks. EVERYONE is always very friendly and super helpful.
