When it came to finally replacing our old ugly, dying front lawn, we chose V Land-tech Landscaping to do the work. We couldn't be happier with this decision.
Jairo and his entire team far exceeded our expectations. Everyone was extremely hard-working and diligent throughout the entire project. Jairo himself was on-site almost all the time, making sure that everything was being implemented according to the plan. All of the materials utilized were of the highest quality, and the workmanship was second to none.
There was one issue that came up where the Concrete company poured a batch that was supposed to match our existing landing. Unfortunately, due to a misunderstanding with the designer, the new concrete did not match. Even though Jairo had nothing to do with the decision on which coloring to use, he felt bad because he was the one who selected the Concrete company. So he offered to replace all of the work at his cost. I didn't think that was fair either, so we worked out a compromise with the Concrete company that solved the problem. But Jairo's desire to make us happy with the final outcome, and his willingness to take accountability for a problem that he didn't create shows his focus on customer delight and high integrity.
We were so happy with the work that V-tech performed, that we stopped working with the gardening company that had been maintaining our yard for the last 15 years. Even though they did a fine job and were cheaper than V-tech, the amount of care and effort that Jairo's team puts into keeping our yard look great is easily worth it.
It goes without saying that we highly recommend Jairo and the V-tech team for your next landscape project!
