Called twice and texted once, never got a reply and it's been over a month. Hired someone else. Would not recommend.

Edit- SEE PHOTOS showing the website where the phone was listed, a screenshot of my text message, and screenshot of the contact number page in my phone. As per the Visit St Augustine site, the phone number listed is the one I called and texted. If you do not have the right phone numbers on sites, that resulted in you not getting any of the messages and wasted my time. That's all I can rate.

This by far has been one of my best customers to deal with. We have Thompson Rental Services in Columbia SC. Ronnie was so easy to deal with even though we were states apart. I felt like we were old friends after speaking to him and his wife. He is very knowledgeable about the top dressing machine they purchased. I learned alot myself just in our conversation. If I lived any where close to St Augustine, I would absolutely use USA Lawn care for my needs.

Ronnie, who owns the company, is amazing. I put in new sod that was dying. Florida pest control recommended that I call him to see what he could do to save the lawn, because of his expertise with grass. I called him and he was wonderful. He advised me honestly and must have spent at least 30 minutes on the phone with me and looking at photos that I sent him, all without charging me or earning any money from me at all. He advised that it would be cost prohibitive for me for him to try to save the sod and gave me some ideas of what I could do myself. He is honest and knowledgeable and a great guy.
