Mike is the absolute easiest contractor I’ve ever dealt with. His payment is always less than 30 days and if I call him (which is a lot) I know he will pick up. None of that automated system or talk to 5 different people stuff. Great guy to deal with and I know our working relationship will be great in the future

We were customers of US Snow Pros for 2 snow seasons (in Pennsylvania) and were overall satisfied with the service we got towards the end of the second season. Our first snow season was mainly just ice, but our second season had multiple snow incidents. The first two snow plow attempts were sloppy and incomplete, but after speaking with the contracting agency and owner a couple of times they started doing a great job. This year I began getting nervous when I did not receive a renewal contract, but they reassured me that they'd have it by mid-August, then September. I tried calling them mid-September, and my call was not returned. Instead, I received a text saying that they were finishing up the contract and meeting with the contractor. Days later (mid-September) they emailed me one morning to say that the contractor was no longer interested in working on our property. They also recommended that we find our own other options instead. Overall, I am dissatisfied with the customer service I received, and could not feel comfortable recommending them to others.

After months without a contract we found our own contractor (multiple quotes in a week since they told us they’d find a new contractor for us). The company is now saying they are terminating moving forward with us after this review, but we had already signed up with a new company. I left the review after finding a new company. Very confusing and bizarre messaging from the owner with the reply, but happy to be with a new company.

Awesome management company to have looking after your property. Very thorough, and payments to the contractor are prompt and accurate. By far the best company I've contracted for thus far.
