My opinion such a terrible job maintaining beach club 160 sprinklers. Water sprays on cars, walk ways, directly on air conditioning units and pavement in the parking lot. I’m not sure why your employee driving the truck around the property checking sprinklers finds it so hard to get out of his truck and adjust sprinklers range, and spray pattern.

I brought up this problem to our HOA and the HOA president said he contacted US Lawns at the beginning of the month to address the issue with the sprinklers. Here we are 19 days later for a sprinkler check and it’s the same ole behavior drive around check if the sprinklers spray and drive away. Maybe you can send someone out who’s not lazy?

If I had the power of the HOA checkbook I’d pass on renewing your contract.

Us lawns Brevard has been our landscape company for several years now maintaining our 10 acre facility. They have been providing excellent service over the years. This week I was given very short notice that executives from our world headquarters from Europe will be visiting us next week. I notified their manager Josh, and explained the situation. He assembled a crew and trimmed several dozen palm trees, installed several yards of mulch, and river rock, even planted flowers in an area thatI didn’t even think of in record time. Kudos to you Josh and your entire team for pulling off an outstanding job in such short notice!!

US Lawns came out to address the broken sprinkler heads and weak spray right away. Josh was very prompt and called me back the same day. Today we met with Jesse & Jim who did a fantastic job getting to the problem immediately. They worked diligently and communicated with me along the way on the process of repairs needing to be addressed. Both Jim & Jesse were professional and very accommodating with all my questions. I’m very please with their work and hard work ethic.

Do you guys train your mowers on how to stop digging ruts in the turf with a Zero Turn Mower? I live in the Greens Viera. Also your guys on mowers and in the truck NEVER stop for Stop Signs. This happens every week, idk how yall still have this account

Shane, Esteban and team did an awesome job fixing our sprinkler zones after having pool construction. They also were able to show up to the job site with only a little bit of notice when the paver section was open/lifted to dig and drop 3 zones in a 4” sleeve before it got covered up. We appreciate their flexibility and professionalism while working on site. Great team over there and would definitely do business with them again.
