Edit: 1) tracked down my personal numbers without me giving them. 2) called me hours before this reply while I was at work and said I’d call back when I got off. 3. How you wrote this tells me you are more concerned with public perspective than actually making anything right with us. We called and said we weren’t happy and asked if you were coming back out. You said yes you’d be out later in the week. You the called back and gave every reason under the sun to convince us to agree so you didn’t have to come back out. That not happy, that’s not satisfactory and it’s also a trash manipulation technique businesses pull to avoid confrontation and more work. We had every intention of having the whole tree cut down. We were just doing half at the time to split up the cost. We had plans to have you come back out, finish it, and do 5 more trees as well in a month but will be calling another company. Please don’t contact me on my personal and work numbers again and let sleeping dogs lie.
What started out as a good job quickly turned into a poor one once they didn't honor their quote for one specific tree on our property. This problem is specifically for the person who runs the tree half of the business not who did our sand moving and brush clearing on the ground. Our tree is literally split in half. They quoted $1200 to trim half the tree. Straight up their words not ours. Came out and trimmed maybe half of the half of the tree. Again this tree has a huge split in the middle so there's no miss understanding where half is. He left and we figured he had other jobs so we waited to call for a day to two. Called back he said he was done. We said you have to be kidding. He said he'd come back out. Later called back and said I'll give you a $500 discount but still took $700. So now we are left with a job unfinished, a shitty looking tree, but hey you quoted $2000 to take the whole thing down. Nice money grab. I will remember your dishonesty and inability to honor your word and finish a job. I will also remember that you basically ripped a 75 year old woman off after I specifically told you I wanted someone who wouldn't take advantage of my grandmother. Honestly, this sucks because I had so much more work that I wanted you guys to come out to do but not after that.

Isaac has cut down several trees on my property and I’m completely satisfied with the job he did even down to the grinding of the stumps and cleanup. I will use him again as soon as I save up to remove the last few trees. Highly recommend!

This is awesome team of professionals! I could not be happier with the quality of work they performed. They removed 5 trees, with 2 of them that were massive. This team left the yard looking better than it was before they started. They completely removed the trees and all the branches in one day, they are extremely hard workers, non stop all day. The price was very reasonable. They showed up at 7:30am and worked straight through until 5:45pm. I highly recommend Isaac and his team of professionals! I don't feel 5 stars are adequate enough for the ease and professionalism that we experienced in the tree work done on our property.
