I went to Universal tree farm and picked out a palm tree and a few other plants. I was told they would deliver my order on Monday. At 4:00pm I called them and they told me they would come on Wednesday. At 4pm on Wednesday I called with no answer. At 6pm that night that called and said the truck will be at my house 9am Thursday. They never showed up and did not answer the phone. I waisted three days waiting for the delivery. What horrible business people.

This company planted some palm trees at a neighbors home and charged for installation. The moat which was created was not sufficient to water the trees as they were instructed. When the installer came out to view the installation he stated he was sorry but he underbid the project and he wasn’t fixing it. I would not recommend this company based on this experience.
