The Universal Tree Farm team just planted 2 Sylvestri palm trees in my front garden and they look amazing. In fact, I asked them to bring a third tree next week. These guys know their stuff. Had three Phoenix Sylvestri palms planted. One died after a few months. Contacted Universal several times regarding replacement palm. Replacement palm planted and it too died after a few months. No response from Universal. Other two palms are doing fine and are within twenty feet of the two that died.

Met the owner and his son at House supply fair being held at the south Florida fair grounds. I wanted two five foot Sylvester Palm trees delivered and installed to Port ST Lucie. The trees he had on display were beautiful and he gave me a good price because I was a veteran. Due to some communication problems and hurricane Ian they missed 2 deliver dates. They made it up to me by delivering two 6 foot trees.

Met Ivan at Home show in Lee County. He agreed to sell and install a dwarf coconut tree at our house for $300.00.I wrote the price on his business card but did not have him sign the card. After a few weeks he came to our home to do the install but after seeing our home changed the price to $400.00! Spoke to Ingrid while he was still at our house and she hung up on me. Get everything in writing signed by them if you choose to use this company.
