It WAS a whole buzzing 5 but because it was closed down it became a sorta sad memory... I wondered what happened to this place and the woman who ran it said that it had run out of funding. It was a pretty cool little place.

It was fun to pop in and see the flowers and watch the crop dusters land. The art work is whimsical and fun and it was a nice stop on my walk by the olive trees. Don't be alarmed if you hear the pigs from the nearby pig barns, they make a lot of noise when they are being fed so if you don't recognize the sound, you might think that there was something else going on. Worth a side trip...and everyone loves bees.

The Bee Haven is a beautiful place! I'm from out of town and was biking by and stopped to appreciate the nature. The placards and info are very helpful and I learned a lot about pollinators and Californian plants. Would highly recommend it!

Lovely spot that I found by accident while riding my bicycle. Gardens with all kinds of plants that bees love. Especially liked the colorful signs with pictures to educate you as to the importance of bees and what is planted.

Quant little paradise for bees. Even in the winter, the bees were busy. The road here is lined with beautiful olive trees.

I think I didn't have a great time just bc it's the peak of summer rn. From photos and looking around it seems like a place that's nice to visit if you're driving through in the spring or fall

Due to being a learning park, there is a wonderful plant selection to study for their relationship with pollinators. However, bees are quite active, my sister got stung even though she truly is an extra calm walker. She doesn't regret the sting, and we will be returning again.
