I used these guys for years until getting new turf. I only stopped using them because I got new turf and the new turf company said I didn’t need the new turf to be maintenance ever. Well that was bull and another story.

Back to the subject- Tru Fresno’s the best. Even though I had cancelled my contract in April, I called them yesterday 9/1/23 and asked if there were any chance they could have some out before Sat (9/3/23)? We had invited people for a BBQ and the stink was so bad we were embarrassed. Believe it or not, they did it. Less than two days notice and they had a technician at our door. He was the best and worked so hard by himself but two hours later he was done and our turf looked and smelled like new. Thank You Tru Turf you are to best and we will calling you to renew our service contract.

9/24 just got my service and the kids loved it so much they had a little sprinkler fun. The pups give TurFresh 12 paws up.

They did an amazing job! From the people in the office, setting up the appt to the technician who came to our home on time and did a very thorough job. We moved into a lovely home that had three big dogs before us. The turf now smells clean and looks all shiny and new. We signed up for quarterly cleanings. So grateful to them. I could not rate these guys more highly. Cruz who came to our house was awesome, super knowledgable and is really an expert at what he does. It's so rare to have a service that does what they say they're going to do - but Turfresh goes above and beyond what they promise in my experience. Great communication, really friendly and smart team that just knows their stuff. Our turf was installed poorly and they did an incredible job repairing and re-leveling. I also had them clean the turf and was shocked at what came out. Not only will I be a customer and do the cleaning multiple times a year but I have already recommended to a bunch of friends unsolicited bc most people just don't realize how important it is to clean turf which gets nasty outside while we clean our indoor rugs all the time. Any time I find a vendor I love I have a special list bc they're hard to come by and Tufresh is absolutely being added to that list.
