We've been using Turf Organics for over a year now, having been with one of the big name companies for years. Our lawn has never looked better or more healthy. They are also very responsive when we ask for attention to weeds that crop up and address them quickly.

I wanted to give Turf Organic a try but unfortunately they act as if they are not interested in new business... The first time I contacted them we scheduled a consultation and they didn’t show up, no call or nothing (over 2 months ago).
I let couple of months go by and try again to see if it was just a bad day or something like that…
A lady picks up and I informed her of the previous issue, she apologized and guaranteed me a call back from Chad the same day or early morning the following day… that was over a week ago and I am still waiting.
If you are not interested in new customers just let them know instead of wasting their time.

We moved in our home 2 years ago and it was a foreclosure so the lawn was unkept for a while . Chad came by told me what I needed and the neighbors tell us all the time the yard has never looked better. We have actually had another lawn service tell me while in the yard that" I am in the business and could not make your lawn look that good.

I have been very pleased with Chad and Turf Organics. There was a quick improvement from our last service in a short amount of time and they have allways been responsive whenever I’ve had any issues with my lawn. One thing I really like about Turf Organics is they don’t charge you additional treatment fees if they come out outside of your normal treatment schedule to treat a insect/pest that has popped up. The last company we used had a cheaper monthly fee but whenever they came out to treat a lawn pest (such a webworms) outside of there regular spray schedule there was a fairly large additional service charge which made it very diffucult to budget for.

I have been using Turf Organics for the past few years. I was tired of using the large national companies for my yard treatments because you are just a number and you have no personal relationship with the company. I took the leap and thought I would give Chadd a chance with Turf Organics. I do not regret it one bit. Any time I have a question or concern, someone will come out and meet me and correct the issue within a few days. Most people will never need to call them to come back out, but I have a very challenging yard due to amount or shade and moisture for being near a creek. A national account would probably just drop me as a customer. So take a leap and support the little guys. They care more and I think you will not regret it.

I had a great experience with Turf Organics! Chad came out to my house and provided a free lawn consult. I was very impressed with his honesty. He ultimately advised us that it wouldn't be cost effective for them to treat our specific yard. He could have easily talked us into something, but instead offered wonderful advice on how to care for our yard most (cost) effectively. He was super informative and very thorough. I would highly recommend this company!

Hired Chad after a very responsive attitude on his visit to view my yard that his service could fix my yard. He gave me his cell told me start date. After some concerns I could not get a response to my calls or text. Called the office, left message with answering service said have Chad call me, he said he would send someone out. After months of service still no improvement to the lawn actually same situation kept getting worse. After no return calls to Chads number called office and she asked to text pics of yard to this number it was Chad’s….response I’ll send someone out. Still no improvement after 10 months… no return calls or texts to Chad’s cell…. I’m out folks. Chad is a great salesman but the products don’t work and terrible customer service. I have had cinch bugs, web worms, and weeds I have never seen in 4 years owning this house.
