I love this store. I came back a second time to buy a piece I have been looking at for some time only to find the same man at the front desk. Owner? Maybe, but if so you would never know and if he isn’t and works on commission then he won’t sell much! He had no personality.. actually kind of blah. You have to search him out to ask a question and then he acts like your bothering him. I left there and bought a beautiful bedroom set somewhere else where they were much happier to get our business.

Caveat: I did NOT purchase anything from Tropicasual Furniture in Ormond Beach, FL.

We are in the market for outdoor furniture. We live on the beachside and are looking for some chairs that will last years and years. Having entered the store after sitting on some samples outside I thought we’d be hammered by the typical high-pressured salespeople. Surprisingly the approach remained very casual and pleasant.

It wasn’t until we desired to ask questions that Garrett began to explain the various lines they sold. He was EXTREMELY knowledgeable and at the same time was NOT pushy.

Although we walked out having not made a purchase, I feel confident that if we want to buy the style of outdoor furniture they supply, we’ll be going in and talking prices with them for sure.

The “Good” rating has NOTHING to do with their service. It has EVERYTHING to do with their prices. They are very, VERY expensive.

What a great store! High quality furniture, good pricing, the place to go to if your looking for patio furniture and decor. Their salesman, Chuck is knowledgeable and never pushy. Delivery was scheduled and arrived early. There was a slight defect in one piece of furniture. Allan from the warehouse went above and beyond to get it replaced and made sure I was happy the new piece and the entire purchase. Thanks Tropicasual!

Really nice selection for both outdoor and indoor furniture and decor and Joe Green is very helpful both before the purchase and after with questions on how to clean and care for the furniture or anything you might need. We live in Palm Coast and keep going to the Holly Hill store because Joe is so helpful.

Bought a table with 6 chairs several years and just recently a 9 foot umbrella, both commercial grade and we are very happy with the set up. The people in the store were very helpful and not to pushy to sell furniture . Buy the commercial furniture, it is a better material , more costly. You get what you pay for.
