It’s was great having them trim the huge pine tree in front of my house they are great and very clean job and very professional. Great communication from the owner him self and the guys were great

Mark emailed me with a decent quote, so I went with them. They were able to get out in a timely manner. I just wanted my big, beautiful mango trees topped off. Topped off. That’s all. Mango trees should be cut a max of 30% at a time. I think only 30% remained when he was finished with them. They toted all of my mangos away. I told Carmelino that I wanted to keep at least 50 of MY mangoes and he acted like I was silly to want to keep them. They took 4 wheelbarrows full of mangoes out of my backyard and asked me why I wanted to keep 50? The trees were left barren and shapeless. I honestly think he just cut random branches with mangoes so he could take them. I contacted Mark after and told him that I was concerned about the amount of branches left and the possibility of shock. He never responded to my email. Very disappointed.

I hired Tropical Tree and Landscape to cut and clean the palm trees on my property due to my HOA sending us letters. They came out the same day they provided me a quote, which was absolutely amazing. I had the most wonderful experience with this company. I have 7 sets of multiple palm trees on my property that I can no longer take care of myself. I emailed on a Friday afternoon and Mark responded Friday evening. He had a very reasonable quote to me by Monday early morning and Monday afternoon Carmelino and his partner did the work. The trees looked beautiful and they cleaned up while they worked so the grass had no mess left behind. I am so pleased and grateful to have this company to take care of my beautiful trees.

I have had the most wonderful experience with Mark Lubow and this company. I have 5 different groupings of palm trees that I can no longer care for on my own. I emailed Mark on Friday afternoon.....he responded that evening....had a quote to me early Monday morning.....and was able to arrange for the work to be done Monday afternoon. The rate was reasonable.....Carmelino called to confirm the time......showed up on time.....and he and his partner did a beautiful job on the trees and the cleanup as they worked......I'm so grateful to have found this company to help care for my beautiful trees.....:)
