At first the customer service was good and as soon as I wanted to make changes to my order it became a problem. I received quite misleading information and could not reduce my order. I live locally to the nursery and I was told no minimum order as I could pick up. JARED M. was very rude and unprofessional on the call with me. He said there’s a 1,000 minimum even for local buyers. Despite, the fact I was given incorrect information, he spoke as if nothing was done wrong. Tried -What a terrible employee you have working with you. I hope upper management sees this message.

This was my first time ordering from Triad. I was worried that the plants would be unhealthy or too small. Sometimes the root system isn’t established well. I was glad to see all of the plants that I ordered were in great condition! I ordered over 300. Only 2 were in so-so condition. But all in all I was very happy with the plants I ordered. The price was great. Shipping was also a good price . I received everything in a timely manner. Everyone that I worked with throughout my ordering and receiving process was helpful. I will order again they have a great selection of plants to choose from and have a great staff working for them.

Received our first shipment of plants and are really happy with the quality of them and were nicely packed for their 24 hour drive! Reason for 3 star is because communication with Jared was severely lacking and he often didn't reply to emails containing questions.

We order plants for our family owned garden center from Triad. We have a good relationship with them and find the website as well as the crediting process to be easy and streamlined. Freight can be a little high but that is pretty much everyone nowadays. The plant selection is terrific.
