My roommate, coworkers, and I had the most amazing Saturday morning on this nature therapy journey with Trey Gardens as our host! The entire experience was peaceful, grounding, and so refreshing. We loved the scavenger hunts that got us fully immersed in nature, the grounding exercises that helped us feel present, and the beautiful tea ceremony that wrapped it all up with a sense of calm and connection.

Trey was truly amazing—welcoming, knowledgeable, and made the experience even more special. Had the pleasure of experiencing forest therapy at the Jacksonville Arboretum today, guided by the talented landscape designer, Trey. 🌿 If you're unfamiliar with forest therapy (or "shinrin-yoku"), it's a practice of immersing yourself in the forest atmosphere to boost well-being. Trey curated a wonderful experience, encouraging us to engage our senses and be present in the moment. We did mindful walking, explored different textures, and even shared our observations with each other. I left feeling refreshed, grounded, and with a renewed appreciation for nature. My father was in town for the week and I wanted to do something where we both could bond with nature just like we did growing up. I decide to book Forest Therapy as a walk through the Jacksonville, botanical Gardens with Trey.

The way that Trey presented Forrest Therapy I didn’t know what to expect, but I was blown away about his guidance and his expertise on how to connect and get away from the thoughts of the work week and ground myself into what was in front of me, which was a connection with nature and stress-free environment. I felt refreshed and replenish following the walk.
