Toby, Monica and their team have been fantastic. I brought them on in late spring, after pre-emergent time, and in a few months my lawn has gone from thinking I'd need to resod parts, to one of the best in the neighborhood.

They handle all the basics well – good products, and a regular schedule so they're always getting the timing right. Beyond that, their expertise is what sets them apart. Both Toby and my tech Omar were able to correctly identify two pest issues on sight, address them, and begin recovery on what I'd chalked up to a lost cause.

I also really appreciate their service and responsiveness, they address and talk through my concerns (as an over-involved homeowner), and are easy to reach.

Just had to come on here and write a review because I felt compelled after today. Had a solicitor come and try and gain my services although they were cheaper everything you guys do is amazing from customer service to making sure nothing is in our home! We appreciate you and will be staying loyal! Good service is not easy to find anymore and customer almost always jump at cheaper prices but quality work is what this company offers!!

After using several lawn companies that failed to reduce or eliminate the weeds and Bermuda grass invading my lawn, which the other company called Crabgrass, I was skeptical about starting with another company. However, after speaking with Toby, he knew and quickly identified the Bermuda grass problem and other deficiencies in my Lawn, and at that point, I decided to try them. As I monitor my lawn's progress, it has significantly improved, and the weed and Bermuda grass are going bye-bye.

Monica and Toby have provided excellent customer support and have responded to all my emails and texts about my concerns. Sometimes, I wondered if I was a pain in the rear because of all my communication. ?

Hands down the best in Oviedo/East Orlando area. I have had them for a few years and worth every penny. They are actually better priced and have better knowledge than the other. So, I am a lawn nut and I hired this company because the owners are lawn nuts! They actually know what they are doing unlike these big box companies. My lawn guy works directly with them so it’s a perfect match. For example lawn guy told me I had some Sod Web Worm yesterday and I emailed /texted total home and they came out that morning.

Over the past 27 years, I have hired and fired multiple lawn care companies who promised "total satisfaction". None of them lived up to expectations. My wife told me about Total Home & Lawn Defense(a friend in her BUNCO group told her about them), so I called). Toby came to our house and said he'd put an application down and I could expect to have all of my crabgrass eradicated in 3 weeks. I told him that every other lawn care company I employed told me the same thing, and I told Toby I was skeptical. He said he would guarantee that the crabgrass would be dead in 3 weeks and if it wasn't, he would not charge me for the application and would shake hands and walk away. Three weeks later, every single patch of crabgrass on our lawn was gone! I was in total disbelief! I wrote to him and signed up for his service. During his next visit, he put down another lawn application, sprayed the inside of our house for bugs (he found a nest of hundreds of cockroaches behind a light switch in our laundry room - they were all dead within two days), and he repaired a valve and replaced a sprinkler head on my irrigation system. My lawn was patchy at best, and Toby said to me "Wait until spring...". My lawn now looks fantastic, and Toby had told me that when he gets done with everything I'd have the best looking lawn in the neighborhood. I believe him. He is proud of his work and customer satisfaction. And he is HONEST. I highly recommend his services to ANYONE! Thanks Toby!

Toby did a great walk through and educated us and answered any questions we had. 8 months later we got Yard of the Month and I had random neighbors come up and compliment how great the grass looks!
