Are you looking for a professional, dependable lawn care company who behave like the best neighbors you can ask for? They arrive on time. Never leave a mess. Do the task like you would, if you had the time? Considering the advice on questions that I have had throughout the last years storms and general lawncare are amazing. When you ask a question, it is like you neighbor giving their wealth of knowledge on something he built his career on. Reminds me to maintain my chainsaw, never lets me know he gets annoyed with the dog toys in the yard, removes falling branches without a word. This isn't just a business, it's family.

Our experience with Tom's Lawn Care was not good. Used them for a couple years but always had problems. Multiple instances of damage to my lawn and my property (fence and shrub damage). No one ever took ownership for it either so it was up to me to call it to their attention each time it happened. When I stopped using him for our lawn care, he cancelled our plowing service out of spite. Just not a service I could recommend to a friend or neighbor.

NOT ACCURATE TOM, I ASKED YOU TO CALL ME TO DISCUSS WHY YOU CANCELLED OUR PLOW SERVICE AFTER I DIDN'T WANT YOU CUTTING MY LAWN ANY LONGER. YOU WOULD ONLY RESPOND BY TEXT WHICH SEEMED MORE THAN A LITTLE UNPROFESSIONAL.

AND YOU WERE PAID (WELL) FOR ANY "SPECIAL" REQUESTS TOM. THAT'S THE SERVICE INDUSTRY WHICH IS SOMETHING YOU CLEARLY DON'T SEEM TO UNDERSTAND. BEST OF LUCK TO YOU.
