Terrible service. If I could give this 0 stars, I would.

Javier is a nice guy, but the service was terrible. His team would never show up on our designated day (Thursdays) and would leave clippings all over the grass and patio.

They also would come and cut the grass in the rain or after it rained.

I tried to work with him to correct the mistakes and requested a new service day & time (Monday mornings), or I would find another service. He would rather terminate us as a client instead of fix the errors. Unprofessional!

We were never late and never missed a payment. 5 months of bad service. I recommend using a different provider. It's not worth the headache.

After posting my review. Javier tried to sandbag my review by saying the pictures were from times they were actively cutting. ? Dude is hilarious. If that were true, why are none of your employees in any of the pictures or why is there no sound of lawn mowing or leaf blowing in the videos?. These were taking after services were "completed". I have the text messages when you said you would tell your guys to do better but obviously, you never talked to your staff about the quality of the service.

I have no reason to lie about the quality of service. See the other reviews for your own opinion.

I hired Javier for a one time job my yard was a complete disaster, having not been edged, palm trees overgrown just a mess. My first conversation with Javier he was so professional and prompt. He came by timely gave me a reasonable quote and the following week came and did the job. He arrived on time and my only regret is I did not take before and after pictures. My neighbors have all commented on how great the yard and palm trees look. His price was reasonable and his service was superior. I say superior because he noticed other work that needed to be done while cutting back the palm trees and just did it without nickeling and diming me. I did tip them quite generously because they deserved it. I work in the caring business and these guys obviously take pride and care about the job they do. If you need a lawn service “hire them” trust me you will not be disappointed.

If you’re in need of a lawn care company look no further. Not only is TLC professional but also reliable. Wow, TLG did a great job on my yard. I had trees that needed to be cut down. They removed them, took everything away laid rocks very beautiful and.very professional very reasonable, if you are looking for yard service TLG is the company to call!

Called last minute for help with our lawn that was becoming pretty overgrown due to travel, weather, etc. We remembered seeing a recommendation somewhere and reached out and got a response right away. Communication was professional and quick. Very reliable. Did a wonderful job with our messy yard. We usually cut our own grass but after using TLG we would consider having them come regularly! Highly recommend.
