Unprofessional and bad service. They barely plowed my driveway so I emailed asking if they could make sure to get the parts they left untouched that weekend when snow was predicted - no response. That weekend, took over 24 hours to get to my house and once again, barely plowed (and didn't even bother with my front walk that I pay extra for). After texting pictures and requests, he finally responded "Sorry, we can't come back out, we're really tired. Not sure why your driveway didn't get plowed better. I apologize." If you can't do a good job with all of your clients, don't take on as many - being tired after it snows isn't an acceptable response from a snow removal company for poor service.

TJ's completed a large project for us, including a patio installation, replacing our front step and walkway, and new softscape, and they did so on time, within our budget, and with the utmost professionalism and highest standards of craftsmanship. Armando's crew was truly amazing, working quickly and steadily and to schedule, and John and the whole team were responsive to any changes or suggestions we made throughout the process. Great communication throughout the project. Our neighbors and guests (and us!) are blown away by the transformation of our house and yard from a ho-hum, overgrown, neglected corner to an inviting and relaxing oasis. We look forward to using TJ's in the future, and wholeheartedly recommend their work!

Avoid this service. The owner is unresponsive and the work by his crews is often accompanied by property damage. In the year that I used this service, his crews:
- cut down my hydrangea bushes
- ran over a 4 foot red bud tree
- trampled and ruined clearly marked annuals
- failed to complete mulching work for over 2 months
- sprayed my yard with weed killer, something that I never asked for and am very much against

Running over and killing my tree was the last straw. Given the chance to respond via text, the owner went completely silent. My main regret is giving the service so many chances.

John came out promptly and gave us a fair price to fill in where we had a pool with dirt and sod. Within a week it was done. The crew took care to not damage the existing grass and used wheelbarrows instead of a bobcat. I was very pleased with the result.

Don’t waste your time. John came out and did an estimate on landscape work. After leaving me messages that he would complete the work on various dates, he eventually just blew me off. Never returned my call about start dates and picking out pavers. I was really hoping the other negative reviews were not a true reflection of his company, unfortunately I learned otherwise after he wasted my time and then never showed up.

We found TJ's lawn service to be ignorant in regards to lawn care and aggravating to do business with. John was both misogynistic and rude. His workers were unreliable and unprofessional. I would highly recommend going elsewhere with your business.
