Just wow! Fantastic communication and top notch service. There was an issue with my chosen vase, they called me and I asked them just to choose something nice. They were friendly, delivered early on an important holiday and mom is super happy with her beautiful arrangement. Thank you all! You cannot go wrong with these guys!

Would not recommend. My husband ordered flowers for 11am delivery on our anniversary. By 4 pm we had not received them. My husband called to let them know and the store swore they delivered them to us when we were home all day and have a camera system. 6 pm when my neighbor got home they let us know they were at their house. After giving a refund to my husband the next day they called and said they wanted their flowers back since they refunded him. I gladly sat them at the front door of the correct house. Hopefully they can find the address this time. This is not the type of customer service I expect when they are the ones who made the mistake and did not want to admit it.

Best flower delivery experience I've ever had (and I've ordered a LOT of flowers!) It was here before 10AM on Valentine's Day and they even called to let me know it had arrived (I was already at work and my wife was in the shower so we didn't hear the ring). Flowers were beautiful! I'll be using Village Greenery from now on. So much better than the huge national companies I usually order from.

My daughter ordered flowers for her mom for Mother’s Day and for her birthday. The flowers that were delivered were not up to the level of what my daughter expected. She contacted the village greenery and they decided to re-deliver the next day. They upgraded her order, Beautiful arrangement, and sent a note of apology to her mother. That is what you call a class act.

Delivered late, delivered a completely different arrangement than what I ordered from web site From You Flowers. When I called and explained to Sunshine that what was delivered wasn't what was ordered that I could email her the picture she told me to look at the picture again. I ordered orchids and bamboo Zen arrangement, I received a carnation arrangement. I know what orchids look like!!!!

The flowers we ordered were exceptional! Even better than the picture's online. Definitely would order again! The prices were also more reasonable than others in the area! Very pleased and would highly recommend. (We ordered a white orchid and fresh cut flowers in a tea cup)
