These people were great! They worked , like old fashioned don't let the grass grow under your feet work! Most of the time when you pay by the hour for this kind of work you get about 30 minutes of work and 30 minutes of flapping lips and taking their time. Not these guys, they are truly hard workers and people of integrity. They are great and we look forward to working with them in the future.

Very unprofessional people We asked them if they could drive around and dump the rocks out, but they said no they just dumped them in one spot and now there’s a big pile of rocks at my work very unprofessional very rude that Mike guy used prefer language and was very rude. He started cursing all of us and arguing, but this was all after they got their money. I do not recommend and I will not recommend to any of my friends and family and make sure you do your due diligence before you hire them very unprofessional very rude and not at all, true to what they promised us I would highly recommend any other rock company in the area just not them and if you do hire them make sure Mike is not your guy he started cursing us and arguing and using Bad language around my workers and my family all around bad Service from them would not recommend and would never use again if I could post this without giving them, any stars, I would

Yes this is Sylvia Miller the owner of Mojave RV. I got some rocks yesterday from Sandman rock company in Kingman Arizona. They appear to be so nice after they took my 1150 some dollars there wasn’t as nice as it was anymore today at 7:20 in the morning, their driver called us and argued with us because we are not open. We are a normal common business that opens at 9 o’clock in the morning and closes at five. I don’t know what kind of business they run there. They told me at 9:15 the rock was going to be delivered . They didn’t end up delivering the rock till 11 o’clock today. Because that Mike guy was so rude and argued with us, cursing using preferred language then my husband called the rock company back and the lady was talking to him and then hung up on him. Very rude and inconsiderate. That is not a way to run a business. Please beware of these people they take your money and then argue with you And they don’t even know who is the manager there cause that my guy was saying he is the manager and then she said she’s the manager so I don’t know what kind of flaky business they’re running there but please be aware of them. They’re very rude and inconsiderate. Then the driver destroyed my property with spinning on my gravel in front of business then he dumped all the rock in one area. I asked him politely to just go forward with the rock so it could make it easier to spread. He wanted to charge me when I was not even told about that. I would never do business with this place again I would recommend people not to go there.

This company is a cheater!!

We ordered a 15 yards white rocks. They delivered a dark rocks that's mix with a whole lot of sand/dirt!! When I called for complaint, the lady said to bring a sample of the rocks that was delivered and they'll see what can they do about it. When I got there, she and the guy there which I believe the owner said that they can't do anything about it. Seriously You asked me to drive 36 miles back and forth just to tell me they can't do anything about it She could have said it over the phone. The guy asked me if I, did look on their yard when I picked, and I said yes, but it doesn't look the same as the sample they have inside. The lady told me that i need to wash the rocks to show its true color, which I did power washed 3 times. But nope! Nothing compared to what we ordered in what they have a sample inside their office. They also said that it's what they got from the quarry. I don't care what you got from the quarry!! That's not what we ordered! They should go after the quarry and it would have been nice to apologize and give me at least the $200.00 fee for delivery. The guy said if I hadn't spread it, he could have pick it up, so I said that I'll hire somebody to put it in a pile so he could pick it up, and then he pointed me the sign that says, "all sales are final" WHAT A CHEATER!! We will report this company to business bureau. Watch out! Bad Carma coming your way for being a cheater!!

This company is not just a CHEATER but a LIAR!! Your lady at the store told me to wash thoroughly the rocks to show its color, which we did power washed 3 times!!! We were skeptical upon delivery, and I told my husband that I was told that it needs a wash. So that's what we did. I NEVER CAME BACK AFTER 10 DAYS!! AND IT WAS NOT DELIVERED THE NEXT DAY!! I showed pictures to them of how the rocks looks dark plus brought the sample of what we received. You can lie all you want but God knows that you are lying!!

BTW, when I said to them that next time, don't cheat your customers. The guy started coming at me as if he was going to hit me, and the lady were stopping him. What a character!! A true and decent man doesn't act like that towards women.
AND DON'T APOLOGIES IF YOU ARE GOING TO LIE!

A great place for anyone who likes to do business with honest folks! Straight forward with no nonsense. Excellent costumer service for complete satisfaction! Highly recommend anyone to go here first for any landscaping desire or needs. If they can't help with something they send me to the next best solution.
