Dropped of a mower to replace carburetor/ fuel filter. Looking back should have DIY. I fully understand taking care of the commercial guys first after all it's how they make their living. Took 2 1/2 months and 190.00 for a simple repair. Definitely would not recommend for the average homeowner.

Dropped off our generator
A month went by so we called to find out if fixed?
Not fixed, said they needed a serial number?!!!
Said they tried to call us on a certain date
Checked our phone log no calls from them!
Went to pick it up so we could take it elsewhere to get it repaired, and the repair order was closed/completed!! 5 days earlier than the day we went there
Cost us $40.00 for nothing!

Wonderful place to go to! I took my Stihl trimmer in because the line was stuck and did not feed right, they helped me fix it right there and I bought better line that does not melt together. Thank you for the great service!
