In my search for quality lawn care, I found this company, The Master's Lawn & Pest and was drawn in by their slick website that seemed to check every box. I hired them expecting the high-caliber service they advertise, only to be met with work so poorly executed that it took my lawn several months to recover. The crew member assigned to my property was clearly untrained, repeatedly failing to complete even basic tasks. Every week I had to remind him of what was left undone from the week prior. After just a few weeks, when I fire them, my lawn was riddled with bare patches caused by the mower being set far too low--so low that roots were left exposed. Worse yet, both edges leading to my front door were burnt to a crisp. Their crew chief eventually advised me to stop mowing entirely to give the lawn a chance to recover! It was disheartening to see my lawn in such a state, and it took a lot of my personal attention and time to nurse it back to life. Adding to the frustration, the specific person I was directed to talk to concerning my account was difficult to reach, requiring that I spend unnecessary time on multiple follow-ups. This experience has been eye-opening for me. Next time, instead of being dazzled by polished websites, I'll read the one star reviews first as they give in general a much truer picture of the quality of work delivered. I wish I had done that--it would have saved me time, aggravation, and my lawn. This was, hands-down, the worst experience I've ever had with a lawn care company.

I have used Grazz Scapes for over a year and am completely happy with the service they provide for lawn maintenance. I recently used them for pressure washing my front and back patio and driveway; as it was desperately needed. They did an AMAZING job! Looks as great as the day I bought my new home! 🙂

Consistently left gate open (we have a dog), never returned splash guards under drain pipes but the worst is they cut my tree in half and it's been a week and th3y have yet to say anything or return my text messages. Terrible customer service

The Master's Grazz Scapes group does outstanding work and I highly recommend them. Tyler and his team are very professional and very responsive to the needs of the lawn. My lawn has a steep incline and is not conducive to using the bigger riding lawn mowers for cutting. Tyler adjusted to a smaller push lawn mower and the lawn looks great. They are always asking for feedback. They keep me informed and adjust the lawn care to the weather conditions and the seasons. Thank you, Master Grazz Scapes for your efforts in making our lawn look great.

We were very pleased with Michael and the Grazz Scapes team. We had mulch removed and replaced with rock. They planted trees and plants and did a great job on the design. Michael is extremely personable, responsive and dependable. We highly recommend him for any of your landscape needs!

Grazz Scapes goes above and beyond! They even dust the cobwebs out of the corners around our front door! Unlike other companies these guys hand mowed our lawn until the sod had taken root and settled.We highly recommend them.

The guys showed up like Seal Team 6 and my weed infested lawn didn't stand a chance! My yard looked to good that my 2yo couldn't wait to go play in the yard. I am happy we went with Grazz Scapes!
