Answered my call promptly and I was surprised when he could come out for an appointment within the same week! As a new homeowner who has never had a sprinkler system before, I was impressed with how well Kannon explained everything and without making me feel dumb. Showed up within the time frame he said he would and my sprinklers were all set for winter before I knew it! Highly recommend!

Had them out to do a sprinkler blowout. Easy to schedule, was super quick, and so much more reasonable than other companies. I had other places quote me at $125 for one station which is ridiculous. Lawn Barber was $65. We will definitely use them again.

I previously used this company and it was all fine. I called back this year, which has been a HUGE waste of my time! Not once but twice have they no called, no showed for appointments. The first time gave me a two hour window. I called 15 min prior to the end of the window to be told we can’t come out today. I was like well shit happens sure, how about next week? Scheduled for a day I had more availability and guess what same thing… I asked for an update..got a response should be soon, and guess what two hours later still nothing! Not once but twice, and every update I ever received was because I reached out. Not a great way to handle a business.

No show, no communication, waste of time. Find a company that wants your business and will actually show up. Scheduled to come out on a Tuesday, no communication re:timing as of night before, I reached out & they had moved appointment to Wednesday, when i was busier - said okay, time arrives, no show & no response to texts asking for an ETA.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! If I could give 0 Stars I would! We hired him to come and spray the weeds around our two properties. The spray did nothing so he said he would come by again and never did. We called him multiple times, he started screening our calls and avoiding our texts. Totally unprofessional and I don't understand how a business can be ran this way. It was a total waste of money! This all started back in April 2024 and we are still trying to get a word out of him.
