This place used to have some good deals. Now it’s where they get you. I noticed some savings if you just need one or two items. If you’re trying to match a shower or faucet not always easy. Good for a rental house maybe. You might save a dollar on a light. Retail prices if not more expensive on some stuff and no returns. No warranty.

Like going to big box store for home improvement but better prices. Inventory always changing so web site is not good for searching. If your doing a remodel of any sort it's worth checking out bath or kitchen. From tubs, vanities, lighting fixtures and little things like door handles and ceiling fans. Things like paint supplies and tapcons even cheaper. I have bought several things here and had a broken fixture in a box and they swapped out no questions asked.

The options are endless. It is the only store out of the other 5 that I was searching that I was beyond impressed with their customer services. They went above and beyond for their customers. Their willingness and understanding of the customers needs goes above my expectations. I found the vanity that is the right size for the space I have and I cannot be more thankful. If you haven’t had a chance to check this store out you are missing out.

Price's are a few dollars off from regular retail. Hit or miss if you find what you are looking for. More of a "oh damn", type store. You find something you weren't looking for or even a thought of, "but oh damn, that's a deal" so I'll buy it.

I like their ready made cabinets. Better quality than big box stores. But gotta pick and buy or gone tomorrow

Most of their products are "purchase at your own risk." Sure, you can plug a few things in to be sure they're working but not everything because so much is unassembled. I purchased a grill in a box. Out of 25 total parts, 14 were missing. I asked to return the grill but they said no returns but said they'd "watch for the parts" for me. I'm very sure that won't happen. One of the workers says this happens and the grills should be checked for parts. I agree. One particular part for the grill has about 8 separate pieces for it and those are not part of the 14 other missing parts. We've also purchased fans from them and that's completely luck of the draw. One fan said nickle but it was chrome and they'd only provide a credit for it since "it works." I never assembled it so who knows if it worked or not. The faucets are usually missing parts so be aware... something will be missing somewhere in something you buy. Not the most friendly place either. There could definitely be improvement in that department also. Back when they were in several buildings the selection and organization used to be so much better and I miss that. Not so much anymore.

They used to have better deals than they do, their vanities are plentifu,l huge selection of high-quality but they seem to be a little pricier Than they used to be. Selection on everything else is kind of spotty it's not very organized so you're going to have to dig around and just see what you can find. Good luck calling somebody and asking them ahead of time and save yourself a trip they don't do that oh, they won't do that oh, I know I asked. I don't know if it's just because you have a no inventory system in place or if the employees are just lazy. If you're in the market for a high-quality vanity this is the place to come to everything else good luck.
