Scheduled appt today to have them take a look at my yard for a quote for monthly yard service. I scheduled this last week , rearranged my schedule for appt today and the guy never showed, called, emailed or texted. If this is an indication of their business and reliability , I would recommend finding another company.

The Grounds Guys of Arrowhead made the best impression and experience compared to all other companies ever used in the past! Period! I am impressed. After providing The Grounds Guys of Arrowhead the idea on paper they conducted their assessment. After their assessment, they walked us through the entire process step by step. They brought the idea to life and made corrections to past work from other companies. Mind you, we did give them an obstacle. The home (Burrow) of our tortious (Bacardi) is near the main yard area. They were not to disturb that area and move/work around the burrow. All the water lines were near the burrow. That means moving water lines or working the lines away from the burrow. Furthermore, they conducted a follow up today, two - three weeks after the work was done. They made sure the sod took and looked into areas of concern. They found concerns that we didn't even recognize. They made adjustments, talked about a future plan and made adjustments to the timer. Folks! This company was paid 100% of the money after the work was done. You tell me what company you know that will actually return on their own will to make sure the work was to satisfaction? This company cares! You will not find such a company that will do that. It is rare! Oh! The Gound Guys of Arrowhead did not charge any extra due to the work around. They understood how important Bacardi is to us. It became important to them! In fact, we were able to make his own little yard and grass from the extra sod that was provided. Folks! Call The Gounds Guys of Arrowhead. You will see my words in action!

Not only did Bobby and his crew deliver on their word, they went above and beyond. You wouldn’t even believe you are looking at the same area. So very grateful!

We have been having Bobby take care of our landscape maintenance for well over a year. During that time he has consistently kept everything in excellent shape. He is conscientious in his work. Part of why he does such good work is because of how he takes care of his equipment. His trucks and trailers are clean, and his tools are maintained in excellent condition.

Bobby and his people have been hanging our Christmas lights for three years now and always do a professional job. Bobby shows up every month without issue. Texts me the day before. Hard to find a landscaper that is reliable at all, let alone one that consistently does what is needed. Highly skilled at what he does, makes good suggestions for ways to improve the property. I have been working with Bobby for about 3 years now.
