I have used this company for various gardening projects and they have always provided top quality service. Sam/Andres/Daniel and the rest of the crew have the can-do attitude to make your visions a reality. I recently had them work on some projects for my backyard and they completed the task with great care and attention to detail. They went out of their way to help pick up some material that I needed for the project, which would have never fit in my SUV. They always go above and beyond to leave the customer satisfied. I will continue using them in the future and highly recommend them for your landscaping needs. This company operates at a high level of integrity and always completes the work requested of them in their contracts.

Placed an order on November 2, 2024 (receipt below, order #19380).

More than a week of radio silence after placing the order.

Is there something going on? Who knows. So, on November 18, I sent one email inquiry about the order status (second pic).

One week passed, no response. Maybe my email message got lost or something. Whatever.

Decided to send another one on November 26 (third pic). Finally got a response. Claimed to have contacted me (?), even though my inbox and spam folder are empty. The only contact information I gave them was my email address, but I checked my call record/voicemail just in case — nothing. Anyhow, I sent a reply stating that I was fine with the substitution since the original compost I ordered was out of stock. Waited more than two weeks for a reply (I’m very patient).

Radio silence, as expected.

Decided to send a third follow-up email on December 11 (reminder: the order was placed on November 2, so more than a month has gone by at this point) inquiring about my order since I’ve been waiting on a reply for two weeks (fourth pic). No reply.

I space my emails one to two weeks apart, so it’s not even like I was incessantly bombing them with messages or whatever.

At this point, I’ve already successfully made and received an order for 20 bags of mulch from SiteOne, so I just wanted to cancel my order with The Gardens Nursery and get my money back. I decided to send a message requesting a refund. No reply. Okay… why do I even bother to support local businesses? Just support the big national chains — they’re outcompeting the small businesses for a reason.

In summary: took my money, never provided the product, claimed to have contacted me (my inbox and spam folder are empty), and never replied to my multiple attempts to reach out to them.

Take your business elsewhere and don’t get scammed.

Richard and Becky have been amazing !Ive gone like 4 times and they have been so helpful . I also had a delivery and one of the workers was Xavier or Javier not sure the spelling but everything was great! Can’t wait to need more plants to go back 🙂 .

We love this nursery! Every single time we call or stop by, we are greeted by very patient and friendly workers who are extremely knowledgeable about their products. The selection is incredible! They deliver and install. We had two Little Gem Magnolias delivered and installed. The guy who planted them did an incredible job. He took his time and made sure they were perfect. Prices here are reasonable.

I really enjoyed exploring the whole property. I "hiked" the grounds for almost 45 minutes. The back 3 or 4 acres is shaded by old oak trees so it wasn't too hot. The front gardens are set up with little vignettes here and there. I found a number of unique plants including a Japanese Jasmine bush that is so delicate and pretty.
Why only 4 stars? The first vignette sported little whirly gigs to attract your eye. Unfortunately, as you step up to the little garden selection to see everything displayed, you've stepped into a fire ant pile. 9 bites later on one foot, I repositioned one whirly gig right in front of the pile to keep others away from the local wild life. It's been 4 days and the swelling is almost gone. 😶

Driver called me before I got there (he was an hour late) and asked where I wanted the 10 yards of mulch. I told him end of the driveway.
He put 1/2 on the driveway and the rest on bare dirt. Told me he couldn't get it all on the driveway... I was very disappointed. There was plenty of room to get it all on the driveway.

What a selection of everything you will ever need from a nursery. The staff is so friendly and helpful. He did not even let me Cary my plants. I payed,and he brought them to my car.Thats fantastic service.
